MoSurvey has been developed in order to solve some of the challenges in customer surveys, offer businesses an alternative solution, provide businesses with better quality data through uniformity and at the same time, offer customers a more convenient, user-friendly experience.
MoSurvey is a proprietary Java application which consists of a Java MIDlet for customers (containing the survey engine) and a website for businesses (to create their surveys, deploy them, view live results and also analyse the data).
MoSurvey can be deployed over the air (GPRS, WAP, SMS) or via infra-red.
